Can be fun...

Even tho the "Slots" are uninspiring having a "city" to build gives a person something to do while the clock runs.

Overall the game is OK... maybe average at best. A list of short-comings follows:
Please NOTE... this list is my opinion, my opinion only!

1) No FAQs... and minimal instructions.

2) Grid layout leaves something to be desired. The city block size allows only two buildings... the remaining space is only good for Recreation pieces which only serve to waste your construction money and have no associated income. My suggestion would be to add parking structures with multiple levels for the casinos... they might provide some income... and building them would require certain levels of City Hall and Casinos.

3) The Lottery Building games (all but one game) are too expensive to play... have minimal payouts... and the chances of winning are nil.

4) The Please Rate This Game pop-up during game play is quite irritating... it should be between the point where you are leaving any game and returning to the Lobby. Please Note: if the "pop-up" occurs while playing the Apollo slot game your tablet will lock you out... no buttons or selections will function... powering off is your only option.

5) Lacking some game information... your choice of Bet per Line, but nothing about number of lines within the game.
